Unser Ziel ist es, Hilfesuchenden die Informationen und Ressourcen, die sie brauchen um ihre eigenen Herausforderungen anzugehen, zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Unsere Organisation glaubt an das Gutsein im Menschen. Wir glauben fest daran, dass es in unserer Gesellschaft sehr viele hilfsbereite Menschen gibt und haben uns als Ziel gesetzt, diese Hilfe bei den Hilfesuchenden ankommen zu lassen.

Wir bieten kostenlose Unterstützung bei den ersten Schritten in Deutschland, Polen und England, von Amtsgängen bis hin zum Post übersetzen oder alltäglichen Problemen, die aus fehlenden Sprachkenntnissen oder Bürokratie resultieren.
Die einzigen Voraussetzungen sind guter Wille, dass Sie in einem der Länder leben und die Sprache sprechen!

We offer voluntary support with the first steps in Germany, England and Poland, from appointments with the admission office to translating important mail or everyday problems resulting from language problems or bureaucracy.
The only requirements are that you live in one of the countries and speak the language!
